- Bring water or milk to a boil with medium-high heat, then add the oatmeal.
- Drop the chia seeds and wheat germ into the pot, then stir for 2-4 minutes. You want a creamy consistency, so keep the milk near you if you need more liquid.
- Add nutmeg and ceylon cinnamon to enhance the taste. Remember to stir the spices in thoroughly.
- Remove from the heat, but let it stand for 1 minute before digging in. Drizzle some honey on top and finish with a bunch of blueberries. You can't go wrong with blueberries!
