Oats with Chia Seeds and Wheat Germ

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Oats
  • 1-2 Tbsp Wheat Germ
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seed
  • ½ Cup Blueberries Any Fruit
  • 2 ½ Cup Water or Milk
  • ¼ Tsp Ceylon Cinnamon
  • ¼ Tsp Nutmeg

Equipment

  • 1 Stainless Steel 1.5 QT Pot

Method
 

  1. Bring water or milk to a boil with medium-high heat, then add the oatmeal.
  2. Drop the chia seeds and wheat germ into the pot, then stir for 2-4 minutes. You want a creamy consistency, so keep the milk near you if you need more liquid.
  3. Add nutmeg and ceylon cinnamon to enhance the taste. Remember to stir the spices in thoroughly.
  4. Remove from the heat, but let it stand for 1 minute before digging in. Drizzle some honey on top and finish with a bunch of blueberries. You can't go wrong with blueberries!
