So maybe you’ve seen some folks around the internet talking about this new platform by the name of Tangi. If you haven’t, let me give you a quick rundown about this excellent platform.
Tangi is a social media platform that is centered around creativity and community. People from all over the world share their 1-min projects to help inspire one another. From knitting to cooking tutorials, Tangi has it all! Take a look below at my tour of the app!
Here’s a backstory on how I discovered the platform. I learned about Tangi around April 2020, and it has been a joy to create and interact on. At first, I said to myself, “Danielle, do you really need another social media account? Will it be overwhelming?” -Well, to my surprise, it’s been more fun than the other veteran platforms out there. I like Tangi because you can be authentically you. Where other platforms are mostly “trend” based, Tangi is organized so you can truly explore your individuality and creativity. Take the “Try It” section for example, if you want to try out Cammy’s Bread tutorial, you can do that and also show her your results! What can be cooler than that?! Also, if you have your quick tips or your favorite hobbies you can showcase them right on your Tangi by becoming a Tangi creator (Link)
To me, Tangi is not about gaining a bunch of followers and being on top. It’s driven by a sense of community and people coming together to promote creativity (while having fun). These 1-minute videos are informative, entertaining, and inspiring.
I genuinely enjoy using Tangi because of the people. I tend to leave long notes to people if they comment on my page lol. I always open the app with a sense of readiness to see what my tangi family has created for the day.
