Wallets are everywhere, but there’s nothing like creating something custom. I don’t think there’s a father in the world that doesn’t like a handcrafted gift made for them. Today I’m excited to share my new wallet pattern created for all the fathers out there! This pattern can be constructed by hand, machine, or some good ol’ glue lol. If you’re a little late with your father’s day gift, don’t worry, this sewing project works up pretty quickly.

Here are my recommended adhesives and sewing attachments:

• Aleene Leather Glue
• Beacons Fabri-Tac
• Roller Foot
• Telfon Foot
• Walking Foot (Check your machine manual).
• Specialized Sewing Machine Like Salrite, or Singer Heavy Duty

Here’s how my finished wallet came out! The topstitching really adds to it. I used a lightweight vinyl material, but you can use real leather if you have it on hand.
