
Let’s get right into this Chia Seed Smoothie Recipe! This Recipe has only two fruits, but that’s okay because we don’t want to add too much. The goal was to make this breakfast smoothie hydrating, giving you that extra pep in your step for the day.

The Ingredients
Bluberries
2 Cups
Oatmeal
1 Cup
Chia Seeds
1 Tbs (Soak for 15-20 minutes)
Coconut Water
1 Bottle
Cashew Yogurt
1 Cup
Ginger
Freshly Peeled about 2 inches.

1 Whole or Cut
Cloves
