Most of you may know that I have thick curly hair when it’s not straightened, so I wanted to create a mask pattern for the people with curly/kinky hair. Now you can use this pattern if your hair doesn’t have insane volume like mines. All you need to do is add additional snaps when you’re finishing off the mask. Ok, are you ready to start sewing?

Additional Mask options:
Instead of using snaps, you could try hooks, velcro (but that can give you an ouchy if it gets caught on your hair) or just hot glue the two ear flaps to the face front and tie it together. It’s completely up to you!
I hope this quick DIY project was helpful and you enjoy your mask. Remember to stay home and to stay safe during this time. I know we are all eager to move on from this pandemic, but just be cautious and keep a safe distance while your out and about.
Sending you happy crafting vibes!
